How do we do it?
The Six Phase process is designed to ensure that you are always in control. Its very easy for IT & Design companies to wrap up projects in jargon such that the Client does not fully understand what he/she is buying. At Exuma that would give us no joy, so whilst we focus on the technology & design you are still in the driving seat.
Phase 1: Initial Meeting
Objective to understand your business & where you see it
moving in the future - in order to future proof your investment
Phase 2: Provisional Design
We create design options, mocking up what your site could look like.
We define the pages & the data that they will contain
Phase 3: Contracting
We create a contract with our terms & conditions. Pricing & payment
agreements which you are asked to sign.
Phase 4: Build
We build the site, asking you to verify content as we complete the
pages
Phase 5: Launch
We ask you to sign off the finished product and launch the site.
Phase 6: Post Launch
If you have opted to maintain the site yourself we train you or your
staff and gradually hand over the site to you.
